APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Where, when, and how do I apply?
Applications are accepted beginning April 1st. Select the classes in which you would like your student to enroll by clicking on the name of the category in the blue bar (the bar contains the categories: Theology, Philosophy, Humanities, Languages, Math/Science, Composition), select the course name, click on the add to cart button located in each course description, continue the application process by clicking on the process my order button at the bottom of the page (one shopping cart per student, please.). Within 24 - 48 hours, directions on how to finish the application process will be sent to the email address entered on the application.
How much does this cost?
The tuition price for each course is listed in the course description. See above for directions on how to find course descriptions (hint: use the drop down menu in the blue bar at the top of the page). Tuition for a full-time student is approximately $3,000 - $3,500 per year. A student generally takes the humanities block, science block, theology and another elective (Latin, Greek, French, Philosophy) Students may enroll part-time though full-time enrollment is recommended in order to best benefit from the integrated approach offered by RCA.
Are there other fees?
Each student pays a registration fee of $100 (one or two classes) or $120 (three or more classes). Summer Registration is $60. This fee covers a spam-free student and parent school email address, which is forwarded to your current address and assistance in the initial setup of our software for your computer.
Orientation: $70 (All new students are required to attend an orientation class unless they have had a sibling enrolled in RCA.)
Who may apply?
Students of all faiths who are of good will and who can meet the demands of the subject matter are welcome to apply.
How may interested applicants learn about the technology which is used by RCA classes?

When will students be notified of acceptance?
Once the application steps are completed, students will be notified of acceptance within 5 days. Students taking individual classes may be requested to enroll in a different session. Every effort will be made to accomodate all student scheduling requests. Acceptance into RCA is limited and not determined on a first come first served basis; however, we encourage early application so the application process and review can be completed in a timely manner. Regular registration closes August 17th. Late registrations are accepted as time permits though there is a late registration fee of $100 per student. Late registration closes August 26th.
What are the minimum number of courses a student may take?
Students may take one to five courses as long as the course prerequistes are met; however, students enrolled in the humanities or math/science blocks receive first priority in class selection and placement. Transfer students should apply early to allow ample time for diagnostic testing.
